3. Darlin' Rewards Loyalty Program
By participating in the Darlin' Rewards program, you agree to the following:
- Points and tier statuses (Darlin’ Pup, Darlin’ Dog, and The Ultimate Darlin’ Dog) are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, its point structures, or its perks at any time with or without notice.
- Any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of program rules may result in the forfeiture of accumulated points and termination of your account.
4. Shipping and Returns
- Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to our third-party shipping carrier.
