We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your tracking link marks the package as delivered to request a return or an exchange. You can find more information on our Return Policy page.

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package ships! If you already have your order number or tracking number you can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Please email our customer support team at hello@darlindogs.com with your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange. Once your return as been reviewed you will receive an email on the next steps based on approval status.
