Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Darlin' Dogs! We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible so your pup can start enjoying their new accessories.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
Please Note: During high-volume periods, such as seasonal product launches, exclusive drops, or holiday sales, processing times may be extended up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we hand-package each order with care.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to fit your timeline:

3. Darlin' Rewards Tier Shipping Perks
If you are a member of our loyalty program, your shipping benefits are automatically calculated at checkout based on your tier status:
- Darlin’ Pup Tier: Standard shipping rates apply. Free shipping unlocked on orders over $50.
- Darlin’ Dog Tier: Unlocks a discounted flat-rate standard shipping fee ($2.99) on all orders below $50.
- The Ultimate Darlin’ Dog Tier: Enjoys completely Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has transitioned to our shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active and begin updating within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Darlin' Dogs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing an order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-ship the package.
7. Missing, Stolen, or Lost Packages
Darlin' Dogs passes the legal title and risk of loss of the items to you once we hand them to our third-party shipping carrier. If your tracking states that your package was successfully delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building's management office, or contact the shipping carrier directly to open a case. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost post-delivery, but we will gladly assist you with any documentation needed to file a carrier claim.
